Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Obsidian Digital ("I", "me") collects through this website and how it is used. If you have questions, email bcurelop1@gmail.com.
Information I collect
When you fill out the consultation form, I receive the information you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and your message.
This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers and does not sell or share your information for marketing.
How I use it
- To reply to your request and set up a consultation
- To prepare a quote and communicate with you about a project
- To keep a record of our communication
I won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails without your permission.
Services this site uses
A few outside services help run this website. Each handles data under its own privacy policy:
- Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions. Like most web hosts, it may log basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. Netlify Privacy Policy
- Google reCAPTCHA protects the form from spam. It may collect device and usage information and set cookies. Google Privacy Policy
- Google Fonts provides the fonts on this site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to load them.
How long I keep it
I keep form submissions and emails for as long as needed to respond and work with you, and for reasonable business records afterward. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent me by emailing bcurelop1@gmail.com.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from children.
Client websites
This policy covers this website only. Websites I build for clients have their own privacy policies, and each client is responsible for the information collected on its site.
Changes
I may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
